從星期初開始,每天都下過雨,但係多數是晚間沒雨。我照常在小布群組發訊息召集,這次夜騎,我想上去『嘉頓山』夜攝,可是在小布群組無人響應,倒是幾個山地車友有興趣出小摺同行。小布群組中,最後有咖啡大哥忍受不到引誘,晚了放工也回家取車趕來。
『嘉頓山』其實不是正式的名稱,只因為位置在深水埔嘉頓麵包公司傍邊,嘉頓公司在那個位置亦有幾十年歷史,久而久之,約定俗成,人們都稱這小山丘叫『嘉頓山』。
我也曾在嘉頓山下附近不遠處居住多年,可是從沒想過要上去。稍早前小布車友 Norris 介紹,好多人上嘉頓山拍攝夜景。而這次小布夜遊,我選擇上嘉頓山,最大的原因是未上過去,二是想踩短一點的路線。
到了出門的時間,我這兒開始下雨,越落越大。使得我猶疑再三,約半小時左右,雨勢漸弱,心想再不出門就遲到了,決定趁此機會出發。因為遲了出發,原計劃中的迂回路線騎去深水埔改為簡單直接騎過去。
因為未去過嘉頓山,活動前查看地圖,得知除了從北九龍裁判處和美荷樓的樓梯外,近澤安村的石硤尾配水庫也有路徑進入。我們既然騎車前往,與 Louis 和黎詩人會合後,一齊沿南昌街騎上去,好順利到達配水庫。
進入配水庫後,騎了一圈,再扛車上了傍邊稍高山坡,這才發現配水庫四周都有鐵網圍欄,不能過去另一邊,那邊是能夠鳥瞰整個西九龍,景觀非常好。
我們無奈,只能離開。但係見過地圖是有小徑的,就在出了配水庫大閘外,忽然見到鐵網圍欄外,亂草叢中隱約有一小徑入口,於是進去探索一番。
我們三人進入後,去到盡頭是極陡的水泥人工坡,有前人加工做了細細的腳踏,並在圍網上綁了繩索做扶手。我決定繼續前進,詩人和我一齊過去,Louis 放心不下,留在原地看顧單車。
這路徑有數個這些人工坡,又有多處要爬上、爬落的山徑,這才可以去到另一邊。這時接到阿偉電話,他已到了山腳,會從裁判處那邊的樓梯上來。我和黎詩人等阿偉到來後才回去會合 Louis。在回去的行程中,阿偉在其中一處人工坡跣腳,幸好能抓著繩索,只係車子幾乎掉下去。
四人集齊,時間不早,黎詩人因私務繁忙,先行離隊回家。我們三個騎南昌街落山,到南山村晚飯,食著飯等咖啡。
到約定地點 - 北九龍裁判處會合咖啡後,又到阿偉說明天要早上班,他要回家往。結果整個行程都是保持是三個人的小隊伍。
我們上嘉頓山的路線是從裁判處傍邊上去,這路線比較短,但較陡直。對我們慣了扛車的山地車友來說,這不算什麼,約十五分鐘完成。
上去見到好多也是來拍攝夜景的影友,有人上來,有人離開,大部份時間都保持約二十人在拍照。
入黑後的景觀與剛才白天所見,自是另一番味道。這些感覺我寫不出來,我攝影又好一般,有興趣的請自行前往實地看看。
我們從裁判處上來,為了盡力保持不走回頭路的原則,當然是要落美荷樓的路線離開。這路線比較長,梯級也較多,但係因為走線較迂回,所以樓梯坡度較緩,另外每段梯級也較短,還有就是較闊。總的來說,這路線易行好多。
這一帶我比較熟路,落山後,我帶領 Louis和咖啡騎去搭車返歸。咖啡大哥說:今晚騎的太少;最後跟我騎回紅磡才搭車返歸。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
