Glen Island and Davenport Parks

I added in a small excursion into Pelham Bay park. I jumped on the Bridle trail and got some nice isolated scenic views. I recommned trying out the trails in Pelham Bay park, especially behind Orchard Beach.

It's a real pleasure to bike around both Glen Island and Davenport. Just great views and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
I should try out Leno's clam bar. It looks like it was dropped here from New England.

This is a great, relaxing ride. I could add in more sound shore exploring: More Pelham Bay, Five Islands, and even up to Larchmont.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
