Park at Lily Glen at Howard Pairie on Dead Indian Memorial Rd. Day use fee is $4.00. There are pit toilets and water you can pump from the ground. There are basically no shoulders anywhere on this route, it is probably better to do on a weekday. Dead Indian Memorial is the busiest, followed by Clover Creek. You might not see any cars on Spencer Creek Rd and Keno Access Rd is not very busy. The turn off of Clover Creek onto Spencer Creek Rd is right at mile marker 11. Not very many water refill opportunities, you might be able to get some at the Lakewoods Fire Station at the corner of Dead Indian Memorial and Clover Creek. There is a spring at mile 32, head down the dirt road to Surveyor Recreation Site and campground. Look for the 'Water' sign. WARNING: this spring does not run year round and can go dry as early as July 4th. Look for views of Mount McLoughlin between the tree lined roads as you ride. At one point on Keno Access you will get a break in the trees and great view of Mount Shasta.
