喜力仕騎行
喜力仕踩了幾次,感覺爬坡上斜有點重腳,上個星期偶遇神童偉,說及這事,剛好他有閒置的 34 齒可以借我(原車是 38),於是安排今天到車店更換。
原計劃是先去換大盤,換好後才開騎,但係剛好車店店主有事,要中午才開,只好重新規劃行程。之前跟車友去的粉嶺高爾夫球場,這次自己踩去,都算順利到達。但是月前開放的沙頭角禁區,則不能進入。原來禁區開放只在星期六、日,並且只限參加旅行團才可以。
今日天氣酷熱,有足夠飲水,慢慢騎也是問題不大,但是極少會抽筋的我,在行程後段,這次雙腿輪流嚴重抽筋,想是出汗太多,電解補充不足質引致的。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
