FredShed to Michaux - Route and Inspiration by Madison Blake

Start at Frederick Watershed maintenance shed. Go all the way to northern Michaux via gravel roads. Come back via mostly other gravel roads.

Started a bit late, so I finished about an hour after sunset.

All week, I had heard that the weekend weather was gonna be spectacular. Driving to Frederick, on the radio they said there might be a few showers in the afternoon. Fine with me. Man, it started raining at 2pm, and it poured soaking rain all day without interruption. I mean, at least it wasn't too hot!

I have no idea how Madison did it in just 9:07 moving time. Took me 11:53. (Ze Diezel's motto: start slow, then ease up!)

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
