2022-8-6 黃大仙-茘景山路-葵喜街-青公-環塘-錦上路站

落左一星期雨，今早間中有太陽30c，和暖東南風，受傷一個月無踩山，試踩環塘發用力過section左肋骨及肌肉好痛，要慢慢踩，有一半section要推車，去到浸水澗開始落雨，踩近吉慶橋好大雨，見當時13:30，越來越大雨，衝去馬鞍崗再去錦上路站，已經全身濕透，總括今日雖然入山落雨，熱左兩個星期37c，今日天氣清涼，感覺好舒服。

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
