The ride started out 10 minutes late for me, the bike fit is still off, I had difficulty getting my speed up, power was good... Inner thighs both sides from groin to knee started cramping within the first 33 miles and it just got worse from there and I did everything I could think of during ride to keep it under control, my left knee the worse one also was very achy internally and to top it off my lower back was kicking my butt in pain and spasms. We even needed to stop to calm down all my pains! Other than that the ride was a great success! I had drop the idea of doing 100 miles and Albert was very worried about me attempting to complete the extra miles that he even went 10 miles longer than his ride was set for just to make sure I could make in, he even offered to ride with me to place, but I wasn't going to let that happen because he was already doing his longest and fastest ride and the heat was only getting higher! I couldn't in good consciousness allow him to sacrifice himself like that! It was a great offer on his part. Thank you Albert, my friend for a great riding partner!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
