Didn't drink enough on this ride as Garmin had dictated would have drank 24oz in 11 miles and 48 oz on this ride. I only drank one bottle 24oz. I did feel it after the ride so Garmin was right! The change in bike fit did help big time but I may need to tweak the fit a tiny bit. The saddle was too far forward before refit... with the wind it was hard to judge if it new position is correct, I will remeasure and recheck. I also felt like I had too much weight on my hands so saddle either needs to go back or need to tilt nose up. Also saddle may need to drop down a tiny bit. The ride was short because I needed to take the Tarmac bike to Wheelies Bike Shop to check out the rear Di2 derailleur, they feel it is shot and I need to replace it, bummer! I am so used to the gearing on the Tarmac it makes riding the Scott Foil difficult because of the jumps between each gear. The ride felt like I was working too hard to do what I wanted too. All in all it was a good short ride!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
