Parcours I start again at 2am, with a nice climb. I like those lonely moments under the stars when effort keeps me alert & awake. At the top, I can hear the music still going on in Guadalupe. The descent is not exactly as nice with 3k where I can't let go of the brakes. I am offered a really cool sunrise (pic 1) that I will remember in the evening when the sun will set (pic 4). I find coffee & the worst croissant ever (pic 2) and it makes me think I will be in Italy the following month, eating pistachio croissants for breakfast... I will remember this packaged one then. As for the road, I can't recall any highlights. Only sitting in front of a supermarket for lunchtime, and discovering a bike shop right in front of me (pic 3). My chain has been squiking from the beginning, I ask for a little lub to help it. It does the trick and I am happy to ride again with an almost silent bike. I have no concerns, no mechanicals. I ride towards Portugal following a road called something like Avenida del Portugal, 30k straight & slightly down. Going right west, the sunset view is amazing but once in the dark, it is absolutely boring. I find a good sleeping spot in an abandonned ground where I set up my sleeping bag for about 4 hours.
