Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I just got the new shorts in yesterday. I washed them over night and wore them on today's ride. I could tell right away that they are too tight. Not so much as the Pearl Izumi's, but close. The shoulder straps are more compliant. I purchased a pair of large in the same make / model. Pending picking it up from the mail lockers. The ride went well. The body was responding well. I decided to turn around at the Loop Monument out of good measure. The chamois on the shorts are a bit less than the Pearl Izumi, but compliant with the saddle, thus far. Will have to see how the Large shorts fit. The medium shorts will definitely go back. Concentration on today's ride was good. Mostly focused on the fitting of the new clothes. Balance and form was good. Gear worked flawless. Nutrition was good. I had about half my Gatorade. Ailments, next to none. Other notes, no other cyclists today. Although a local rider was getting back from his ride as I was on my way out.
