Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I've yet to receive the new shorts from PerformanceBike. I tried my old PerformanceBike bib shorts that I haven't wore in ages. It is size large and is somewhat baggy. It was very comfortable. The chamois was not so good. It held up for the ride though. The legs felt good to start. It didn't take much time to get warmed up. The weather is on the hot side, but the air is a bit on the cool side. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. I zipped up the Banducci Wall with minimal traffic mitigation. I put in a good effort to the summit of Arosa. After making it back around the backside of the Alpine Forest, I made my way to the Bunducci summit. I made it there in 49 minutes and change. I took a few moments rest, let traffic by and then headed down the mountain. Until I can figure out what's going on down south, I'll keep my rides brief but on the intense side. Concentration was good. I just made an appointment for the next ERCP procedure. This is the BIG one. It will determine if my bile duct is "ok". It will be done next Friday, Sept 2nd in the morning. Balance and form felt good. Nutrition was good. No signs of hunger. I had about 2/3rds of my Gatorade and some water. Gear worked perfect. The saddle feels compliant. The cutout on the saddle is taking some getting used to, but it feels like it helps. Ailments were minimal. Mostly hand numbness while out of the saddle. Other notes, I haven't adjusted the stem height, somewhat reluctant and a bit of laziness. There were no other cyclists out there today.
