Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today is the first ride after Friday's ERCP. I'm feeling good in the GI, thus far. I took two days off to let the body settle. The legs felt good today. The weather is hot, air is on the hot side. Winds from the South East. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. Somewhat surprised as I wasn't pushing it too much. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. I was happier when I got onto Arosa. Much less traffic. The Arosa climb went quick. I was near max over the top. After making it around the backside of the Alpine Forest, I exited and headed up to the summit of Banducci. I took a minute or two to recoup and hydrate. I let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. I had a headwind, so the descent was somewhat slow. I was able to relax a bit after making it back to the descent of OTR. I jammed up Mariposa and made my way back home. I shut it down after cresting the Weston hill. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about and the morale felt good. Gear worked perfect. The saddle feels good. The new bib shorts feel good. Perhaps the chamois could have a bit more cush to it, but it seems to be sufficient. I'm now eager to try it on an extended bike ride. Time will tell. Balance and form was good. Ailments, left hand numbness while out of the saddle for extended periods. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through an entire bottle of Gatorade, and a bit of water. Other notes, no other cyclists out there today. (In retrospect, I should have gotten out earlier. Perhaps next time.)
