Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Went riding in the afternoon. The weather was warm in the beginning. Stallion Springs had a cloud front coming in from the West. The wind was prevailing from the south. The temperature at the beginning was about 70ish. When I made it to SS, it was at least 10 degrees colder. I was debating doing the triple SS loop, but after seeing the cold conditions, I decided against. I felt good most of the ride. The only ailment I had was my right calve, which was a little sore, but was able to adjust my pedalling style to keep it from getting worse. Concentration and Balance was good. No serious ailments other than the cold in SS. Gopro, GPS, taillight working good. The bike had problems with the right shifter. It seemed to have more friction than normal. I'm going to investigate to see if it's normal practice to put grease in the cable housing.
