20220924一日彰高＿讓慢台3線

一日彰高再來一次，這次走～浪～漫～台3線，上上下下，真是硬陡，有嚇到！ 但風景美麗、心情愉快，前半天涼好個秋，後半熱翻好個曬！ 又是痛苦快樂的一天，中午抵達後，一樣統聯回程，感恩～

PS：摸早黑四個小時，天候涼爽氣溫約莫18度C，無美景可賞，無妨！人車寂寥，甚佳！只有自己踩踏呼吸，與鏈條卡拉卡拉聲伴我入山，整條台3都是我的道路，哈哈😆，此時心率一直維持在70%max，甚是舒服，直到中崙溫泉處，天邊漸浮起魚肚白，現在回想決定提早出發是正確的，一來避免曝曬過久，二來適應520長時間夜騎感，三來阿婆灣後段超跑重機橫行，單車族實屬用路者弱勢，我全程開燈靠邊，禮讓慢行！提早上山，盡量閃過接踵而來的噴噴叫～哈

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
