Finally, some adjustments to the Tri-Bike that makes things better! I can now feel much more control and feel safer. The position still needs to be practiced and my knees are not hitting my elbows. Riding on the Horns also feel better, more comfortable and safer. The saddle needs to be slightly raised and/or moved back some. When I sit forward I feel more power at the bottom of the pedal stroke, when I sit back on the saddle it feels more like riding the road bike. I feel like I'm now using the same quad muscles as on the road bike. While in the aero position everything feels good, my neck after a while gets stiff, my lower back doesn't feel bad until I'm finished then my bad is very achy, not sure if it is the position or my bad back and for the past month has been more tender. Power meter says my bad left knee leg is putting more power out than my better right knee leg. I guess I will need to concentrate more on my right leg to balance it out. After I get used to this aero position, I may get carbon bars all those years I used to ride on Aluminum bars I took for granted the vibrations was part of the ride, riding on carbon bars for the past few years has spoiled me, never knew carbon) bars were so much more comfortable absorbing all the road vibrations!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
