KCC to Kirkland - 74

Gorgeous sunny, low humidity day to Kirkland with slight NW breeze. Started with 13 (Beth, Jose, Rob, Chris, Carl, Matt (from Geneva), Don (from Freeport), Wally, Stefan, Gale, Mark and Frank). Great group ride up to Kirkland where the first 7 continued on a century route at Sub-5 pace. Good roads with low traffic for most part. Had to detour at Nelson & 38 west of DeKalb due to RR crossing work. Stefan cramped badly at mile 70 and had to be sagged back to start. While waiting for Frank to return with his truck, over a dozen drivers stopped to offer assistance (one even providing ice water). Impressive! Maybe they're all not our enemies after all!

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
