Erica F is good. Pleasant. Easy to understand. Fairly consistently high energy, which didn't work too well for me. She doesn't like the stats to be up much, which DID work well for me today. This ride was a little shorter than the others, which also was okay for me today.
Alicia (AJ27) beat me by 30 points, and Emily (ES) was right on my tail. I still got second place, and I won a $25 gift card to bikes plus!
I was on a different bike, so it's not just Bike 8 giving me some advantage. Still, it was nice to see several people up around the same range as me, but only we top three stayed up there. LauraH and one other were up top to start, but fell off about half way through.
I was off my peak by about 10% (168bpm max vs 183 peak). So tired, from three ride days in a row. Also, last two nights, I was up late from caffeine. Leg cramps few hours after this ride, so it's very much my legs are just worn out. I'll get a massage tomorrow, but due to cramps and back pain, I decided to take one of my leftover muscle relaxers several hours later.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
