Dailyn V pushed us HARD. I gave up at first, but she was so energetic and insistent that I dove back into it. Ron J and I competed for the top slot. He hung within 60 points of me the whole way up the ladder. Really intense workout. I liked it.
It was happy hour at CB, but I didn't have anything to drink. Even after a shower, I was still a little woozy, but I did let the tall lady who's name I don't know convince me to at least have a bit of fruit. :) Still a few people there whose names I need to learn, especially since half of everyone knows my name already.
I've just gone back to the Wahoo data. Power on my Garmin is way off. There's no way it was average 125. I stayed over 200 almost the whole time, and hit in the high 700W range a few times. The bike said 308 average and 859 peak, but it also said 1560 kcal when my app said 1035. It looks like my watch paired to a different bike each time a new person woke up their bike. The cadence got squirrelly.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
