仙霞洞、牛徑
停了兩星期沒踩山,不想停太耐,今天想踩。因為有比賽,我們路線要避開比賽區域,輝哥建議仙霞洞和牛徑;我沒踩過牛徑,當然讚成說好,車友們也沒異議。
九月中傷後復出,首次就是仙霞洞,這次踩的比上次好。
牛徑是第一次踩,路線多個陡直坡,其中兩三個未能完成。第一個只能推行下去,第二個落了十幾米就飛出去,幸運是抓到前人設置的安全繩,第三個陡坡大概完成一半;可能是漸次適應了,之後的陡坡都能順利完成。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
