Another day at the lab, so let's take that bike and ride from the Big Bridge. Unlike Tuesday, this time there was more abrupt climbs (more intervals, woo!). Another ridiculously lovely warm November day, with that lovely angled light and fall leaves a few days or so past peak at nearly sea level... Legs felt better than Tuesday, along with the contact points, much to my surprise. Next week I'll have to be more disciplined about getting on the bike by 3:30 or so so that riding with lights is a minor part of a ride, not the main feature . Met Dan for the second half, as he was leaving work. So instead of riding home, he rode back to the car and got a lift home. First time we've done this in probably a year or more. Used to be a regular thing.
