Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's cold and cloudy. They predicted rain for today, but it held up enough to put in a quick ride. And, a chance to try out the new camera. The legs felt ok to start. I wore just enough to stay warm. The legs were a bit cold, even with my leg warmers on. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the summit of OTR. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise, it was mostly steady tempo mostly out of the saddle in the lowest gear. The Arosa climb went fast. The wind was from the North West, but wasn't significant going up the climb. I was keeping an eye on the HR. I moved the smartwatch to the inside of my wrist. The rationale being I'm more vascular on that side of my arm. Will have to see the results. I was near maximum going over the top. I made my way around the backside and to the summit of Banducci. When I got there, I took a few moments rest. I let the traffic by and checked the camera. It was at 61% with over 50 minutes of footage. So, that equates to about 2 hours of footage on one battery. Shortly after, I headed back down the mountain. Route 202 had lots of traffic from the temporary stop lights. I made it across safely and headed down OTR. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down after I reached the top of Weston. Concentration was good. Minimal lapses and minimal gremlins. Gear held up perfect. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs, I went through about half my Gatorade and a few sips of water. Balance and form was good. Ailmens, some mild tenderness in the right upper knee that never escalated. I'll have to check the cleat position. Other notes, I saw one cyclist that was on an upright as I was ascending OTR.
