Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's cloudy and cold. In the upper 40's. Winds from the South East. I decided to go to the Walmart Bike Path. I was reluctant to go to WS. The legs felt sufficient to start. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. The way out towards WS was into a headwind, so I kept the tempo steady, no red-lining. After making it past Tucker, I reached the bike path and was able to do easy tempo all the way to Walmart. Once there, I spared no time and headed back. I kept the tempo steady, no more than moderate. When I reached Highline, I pulled over a couple times to adjust the leg warmers. After that, it was non-stop to home. Actually, I stopped once more to check the GoPro battery. It was at around 46%-ish and I had already recorded over 1:15 Hrs of footage. By my estimate, I could have taken over 2 hours at the rate the battery was being consumed. The descent off OTR was pleasant. Around this time, I was getting bio signs. So, there was a bit of urgency in the last 15 minutes of the ride. After reaching the top of Weston, I was able to shut it down. Concentration was good. The morale was good. I was eager to try the GoPro in the highest stabilization setting. I've yet to check out the footage. Gear worked perfect. No problems with the GoPro. The light indicator is in the right position, so I'm able to see if the camera is rolling without having to bend over the handlebars to check. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of my Gatorade. Ailments were minimal. Some mild right knee pain that never escalated or detracted from my ride. Balance and form was good. Other notes,
3 cyclists today. Two of which I crossed paths twice.
