Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The streets were wet this morning from the rain. I took my usual morning nap. When I got up around 11AM-ish, the streets were dry. So, I changed my plan from in-door to an out-door ride. I wore the entire winter kit. The legs were a bit cold to start, but after about 15 minutes, the body temperature stabalized and from that point on, it was manageable. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise felt good. The wind is mild, from the North West. The climb up Arosa also felt good. I was within my limits to the summit. I made my way around the backside and to the summit of Banducci. I took e a few moments to rest and fed a Clif Bar. I was exhibiting mild hunger signs, so that's why I fed. Shortly after, I headed back down Banducci and to OTR. OTR was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down after reaching the summit of Weston. Concentration was good. I had a bunch of things to think about. Balance and form was good. Gear worked well, but the GoPro stopped recording after 5 minutes into the ride. I noticed it when I reached Country Club. I had to pull over to reset the battery and start recording. From that point on, it worked like a charm. I was going to check if the Garmin watch had altitude capability at the summit of Banducci, but I was preoccupied and forgot. Will check on that later. Nutrition was good. I felt some mild hunger signs as I was ascending OTR, so that's when I decided that I should feed at the summit of Banducci. Otherwise, I had most of my Gatorade and some water. Ailments were minimal. I dinged my right knee and it was a bit sore in the morning. It felt fine on the ride. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
