67.47KM needed to bring the Total for 2022to 4000KM, and this was 4000KM + a mere 30M . Talk about taking it to the edge with only a few more days to go . Anyhow I did the 4000+ which is great, and I am absolutely delighted and surprised. A few months ago I thought I just had not got the ability to do the 4K but I did which was really great. The cycle itself was good till I discovered when I came to Straffan that the Cafe was not open and then I asked two Ladies where the nearest place was and they suggested The Butterfly place which was nearby , but that was closed as well . So then at about 2PM it started raining so I decided to have a cup of eats and a cup in Lucan but it was really too wet and miserable so i decided to head towards home . But if I went home directly I would not have done the regulation KMs so I went to the Royal canal and then in or about home , so i at least had the total right. It was very cold and really a miserable cycle particularly in the second half . But I got the 4000KM which is really an acheivement . Maybe neat year I will try 4500KM and i would have done that this year only the I and Jennifer were a bit sick on a few occasions and then i had to go into the Hospital and then the time I give to La Fammile. All I can say is "YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
