Rouvy: Wiggle Hell Of Hexham 2015 - Pt1 12-27-22

Merlin. Another cold Winter day so I rode in the United Kingdom in Northern England West of Newcastle upon Tyne. This was apparently an organized event as there were a lot of cyclists. This was a hill workout with the equivalent of almost 10,000 ft climbing over a century. I got spanked pretty bad by my 3 shadow riders, so will have to lower my estimated mph on future climbing workouts. Beautiful rolling countryside. Only 28 miles to go until I hit 9,000 miles for the year.

TSS: 64, IF: 72, Avg: 180W, Max: 509W, Norm: 190W, W/Kg: 1.8.
