Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had to run to Walmart to buy a TV in the morning. Fortunately, everything went as planned and I was able to get out for a ride. The weather is fantastic. Just the way I like it. Cool, but not freezing. Mild winds from the North West. I didn't bother checking the time at the summit of the descent, but it was likely good average time. The downhill was mostly relaxing with two digs on the risers. After reaching the base, I headed back without delay. I didn't bother checking the time. The miles went fast. The legs felt strong. The tailwind and cool air was invigorating. My right knee started to bother me with about 10 or so minutes of climbing remaining, so I had to adjust my pace a bit down and use smaller gears. After about 5 minutes, the pain went away.
I think I reached the summit in about 1:05 hours. Very fast! I relaxed on the downhill. Practiced no handed riding, trying to dial in a bit of form at the same time. After reaching the summit of Weston, I shut it down. Concentration was good. Some hints of gremlins that didn't detract from the ride much. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfect. The GoPro recorded with no issues. (Still have to check the footage, though). Ailments, the right knee about 10 minutes from the summit. Mitigated by easing up and using smaller gears. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through over half my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, no spectators at the Loop Monument. No cyclists today. A civilian asked me where I was riding from. My hunch is that he was a cyclist too. Nonetheless, good for the morale.
