Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's raining out, hence the indoor ride. I chose the Watopia mountain route. There were over 8000 riders when I hopped on. The legs felt good to start. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the start of the climb. My Holo Replay showed up. It gave me a target. I was neck and neck most of the way up. When I reached the tunnel, I was ahead. So, I kept the power down without going too far into the red. I kept the tempo going till I reached the summit. I posted PR. It definitely gave me motivation. The bonus climb was mostly steady tempo, well within my limits. From the summit of the bonus climb, I descended back to the mainland. I put in a dig through the sprint zone. My Holo Replay beat me in that competition. From there, I made it back to the finish and then cooled down for about 5 minutes or so, till I reached 112 BPM. Concentration was good. Morale felt pretty good. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some hand numbness while out of the saddle for extended periods. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs, I drank most of my Gatorade, no water. Gear worked flawless. I've yet to take a look at the video recording. Other notes, the new TV is working like a charm. I set my trainer further back and it felt less daunting. IE, a proper distance.
