Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was great for riding. A bit on the warm side, but cool winds from the South East. Given that the wind was not in my favor today, I decided to exclude the SS loop. I wore the standard kit + arm warmers + 1 base layer. I felt good going out the door. No sore legs, just needed warming up. The direction of the wind skewed the effort. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. The Banducci wall was fun to climb, as I had the wind on my back. More of the same on the remainder. I was able to hold high tempo over the last quarter mile, pushing it over the top. The downhill was fun, but I was watching my speed. I was able to fly through the rollers. After making it to Pelliser and doing the right hander, I slowed down, and kept a moderate tempo. No heroics. This was more of the same to the last climb. I upped the tempo just a bit on the last climb, and a modest dig over the top. From there it was smooth sailing onto Route 202 and OTR. Mariposa was fun. I was able to accelerate to about 19MPH over the top. From there, I was able to cruise home. Concentration was good. Few lapses, minimal gremlins. Ailments consisted of right hand numbness. Some quad soreness when I was pushing it. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well, no issues. Other notes, I saw no other cyclists today.
