Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

So, now I'm back to single ride days. Much easier on the mind. The weather was in the low 80's. Winds from the south east. I wore the standard kit, with arm coolers. I felt good going out the door. Partially skewed due to the tailwind on the way out. I made it to the summit in under 8 minutes. The downhill was fun. After making it past the Loop Monument, I had a good time descending at 40MPH+. Almost at my limit. I made it to the base in good time (no surprise due to the tailwind). I was prepared for the worst on the return ascent. I started modest, gauging the wind conditions. The wind was most prevalent on the first steep section. Being that it was out in the open with no cover from foliage or mountain side. After reaching cover by the mountains, the wind conditions subsided. I was able to keep a good tempo going. Not as bogged down by the wind as I had anticipated. Overall, my body and mind responded well. Part due to knowing I only had this climb to do for the day. Concentration was spot on, little to no lapses. Ailments consisted of right hand numbness. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well. Other notes... I'm going to buy a tire for my mountain bike. Hopefully it will fit, unlike the other that I tried. If all goes well, I've planned a ride out near the cement factory. I'm real eager to get back on the trails, as I have not done over a year. I saw 1 cyclist today, as I was ascending Keene.
