Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was a typical fall day. In the 70's, winds from the South East. I wore the standard kit w/ arm coolers, 1 base layer. My legs felt good going out the door, somewhat sluggish feeling from the headwind. It was a good day for Willow Springs. My bike felt just a bit unusual in the first few miles. I got used to the bouncy feeling on my mountain bike. I adjusted pretty quick. I was sufficiently warmed up when I reached Route 202. The outbound on Highline was mostly moderate tempo. Varying in some places. I had a headwind on the way out, so I knew I was going to have a fast return. When I got to WS, I spent no time to recover and just headed back. Pretty much, what I do on a single day. I immediately felt the benefit from the wind. I put the hammer down for most of the return. My body was responding well, I felt good on the pedals. No pains in the lower back, hips, minimal quads. It was a treat. I could feel a good sense of kinetic energy. I pushed it hard over the top. Made my way back to OTR, had a fun descent, over Mariposa and back. Concentration was good. Some benign heckling. Other than that, it was right on the money. Balance and form, as indicated, felt good on, especially on the return from WS. Gear is working well, I have to oil the chain. Other note I saw about 5 or 6 cyclists today.
