Tenerife day 7 Masca road Pass

Road leading out of Buenavista del Norte TF463, heading over the El Palomar and Masca towards Santiago de Teide is one of the steepest roads that I ever did. To make matters worst, road is narrow and hordes of tourists in rental cars are insane. As you are struggling to keep balance while climbing slow, they are anxiously and nervously breading behind your neck.
Luckily everything went fine and I made it to the pass without pushing the bike. I did make multiple brakes as you would expect with 45 kg bike+stuff under your legs.
I'm heading down to the ferry port where I'll be catching one to cross to La Gomera island.

Thanks, what crazy thinks we do. There were a lot of cyclists on road bikes and every single one couldn't believe that I was going to bring this beast up to the top.

Dick Koch, who commented on your ride on Strava, is my friend from Virginia. He's come to California and ridden with us a couple times. He did the Crater Lake ride last year.
