Yesterday was Alex's D - Day also his birthday ,39 years ago, He was finished his studies for this computer course he was studying for the past century . Yahoo he is finished . He was great and so was Xiaocui , really great . We only minded the child . She was unwell yesterday and really ones heart went out to her . Teething? Anyhow I decided to go on a cycle to Howth and maybe Malahide and with a bit luck maybe even Drogheda . But that long cycle did not come as it was freezing and cold and freezing again. By Jesus I was cold . It would not have been that bad only for the wind which was against me coming from the North . I thought tjhat it was comong from the East but no , from the north it came and it really bit into you and especially along by the coast along by Clontarf . So I decided just to go as far as Howth and back . In Howth I had soup , very important and hot . When I returned back home it was kids play , not exactly warm but much more pleasant to cycle and you were not fighting all the time .
