Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. It's raining out. No choice but to ride indoors. I chose the Watopia Mountain Loop map. There were about 15,000 riders when I hopped on! The ride went as planned. The first 10 minutes was warmup. My weight is at 135 lbs now. So, I feel like I can put more power into the pedals. I had my Halo Replays riding with me. I was able to stay ahead most of the time. I had to stop once to turn on the fan. That was the only time my Halo Replay jumped ahead. I kept the tempo steady at 3 W/kg plus or minus a few tenths. I was riding mostly out of the saddle. Nothing else to tell about the climb. It was mostly a steady effort. I reached the top in about 30 minutes and change. I was ahead of my Halo Replay. I think I finished in the top half.
The bonus climb was more of the same. Mostly doing 3 W/kg or less. An out of the saddle effort. The return to town was mostly recover on the descent and keeping the tempo moderate. I put in a good dig through the sprint zone. I can't remember the placing, but it was in the top half, likely better. After reaching the finish, I shut it down and cooled down till the HR reached 112 BPM. Concentration was good. The time went fast. Gear worked good. The HR sensor lost signal. I probably should get a new ANT+ dongle or longer extension. Balance and form felt good. Nutrition was good. No hunger sings. I went through most of my Gatorade, no water. Ailments, the left hand was going numb on the climb while out of the saddle for minutes at a time. Mitigated by shaking them off and changing positions on the hoods. Other notes, I have an appointment to make today at 2PM, so I was a bit pressed for time.
