Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It was raining in the morning. So I went for a spin on Zwift. I decided to join some pacer group rides. I started with a 1.1W/kg group for 10 minutes. Then the next step up with a 2.2 W/kg. Followed by a 2.6 W/kg and then a 2.9 W/kg group. I think I got it right. The patience was acceptable. I felt pretty good from the start, but I needed time to get warmed up for the more difficult rides. I started with the fan turned off. I forgot to turn on the fan on the second group, so I had to wait till the gradient turned negative. I hopped off the trainer, then turned on the fan. I fell behind, so I was having to do 4 W/kg for a minute, just to catch up. From there, it was mostly less than 3 W/kg. Moving to the front and drifting backwards now and again. Mostly to drink and such. The 2.6 W/kg group felt like the sweet spot. I was able to hold my position without going into the red.
The saddle position felt tilted too far up. So, I tilted it down and then adjusted the height. It feels better, but I think I need to tilt the nose of the saddle up by just a fraction. I was out of the saddle while on the flats. It felt like I was doing a climb. I stayed with this group for 25 minutes, as I did the previous. I decided to hop into a 2.9 W/kg group for 5 minutes to see how it felt. It put me into the red. I probably could have held for another 5 minutes, that would be pushing it. Concentration was good. The miles went reasonably quick. Gear worked flawless. The HR dropped the signal now and again. Nutrition was good. I went through more than half my Gatorade. No water. Ailments were minimal. Some hand soreness. Balance and form felt good. Other notes, I think there were over 100 riders on the group rides. I didn't bother checking the total riders. Will have to check the video footage on that!
