Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's raining out. I chose the Watopia Mountain Loop. I felt average going into it, so I knew I wasn't going to post a PR. No point in overcooking it. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the beginning of the climb. I had to hop off to turn off the fan. With the Halo Replay going, I fell behind. No worries, as I wasn't "going for it". The climb went as planned. I was within my limit with minimal red-lining. I was a bit impatient, but Zwift kept my attention and the music helped. I was doing the numbers in my mind. When I would reach the tunnel and exit the tunnel. I had two drafting power ups that I used on the dips. I put a bit more power down towards the end of the climb. I finished in 31 minutes and change. No PR, as was expected. From there, I headed up the bonus climb. I guessed the minutes to the summit within 1 minute. After that, I headed down the mountain and back to town. I put a modest dig through the sprint zone. After finishing the lap, I put it into immediate cooldown. The HR was showing on the TV, so I had to rely on my watch. (The Garmin GPS was out of batteries, so I couldn't use it). Concentration was good. A bit impatient to start. I had some things I was eager to get straightened out after hopping off the trainer, so that was preoccupying my mind a bit. Balance and form was good. Gear worked good. The HR sensor continues to drop its signal. Better this time then the last. Nutrition was good. I drank all of my Gatorade. Some water. Ailments were minimal. Some hand soreness here and there. Other notes, there were about 12,000 riders when I hopped on!
