Sedona Day 2 and Final

Well that didn't go as planned. Over the handlebars on a drop at 236 miles and smacked the old ribs pretty good on something hard. Pretty painful.

Opted to bail, but had to ride another mile to get close enough to the road rather than retrace steps OR continue on.. Wasn't impossible to ride but there was not much lifting of the front wheel to get over obstacles and so on.

Rode back to the truck, went back to the VRBO and laid down. But that was it for Sedona riding -- just two painful. Sat out the rest of that day plus two more before heading back to ABQ.

Sedona is ... hard. Similar to the Frederick Watershed with much greater penalties for failure.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
