I was intending to go back to Hill Rd but it didn't happen and kind of glad. My back is still too tinder. I had to be extra careful not to push too hard on tonight's ride. Every time, I got excited my lower back squashed any thoughts of pushing. Going out I had a tailwind, felt really good but once I realized it wasn't me doing all the work my bubble got burst! It was all good I got to test out the new gearing more and get adjusted to it. I decided to do Hill Repeats, I wanted to do 10 but changed my mind as it was dark and this bike isn't setup for night training, plus the wind was in my face for the 1/2 mile hill repeats on Pointville Road. I actually enjoyed the repeats even with the wind! The last 6 miles was nice ride done at a comfortable pace. I can finally feel my fitness improving and training HR is starting to come down. I'm a little nervous about this Mountain TT race next week, I haven't done any real climbing in almost 10 years and I loved to climb, most of my climbing back then I would do standing and I never used or had climbing gears. Today's adventure was a huge success and looking forward to the next one... be safe out there and enjoy the ride and your great adventures!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
