The weather is supposed to rain soon, so I decided to go for my routine ride. The weather today was cool. I wore arms/legs and 2 layers. As Imade my way out to SS, the weather was just at that point where I decided to keep my leg warmers on. When I reached the bottom of Cummings Valley Road, I took off my Leg warmers. I wish I had done it sooner. I think the best part of my ride was my concentration. I was able to stay focused on the difficult parts as well as the easier ones. The wind was from the north, so the usual tailwind was awaiting. I'm glad the wind didn't change direction. I made it to the top of banducci in under an hour. To Boss Hog's in under 1:25 hrs. Ailments... My wrist has been hurting a little bit lately when I'm out of the saddle. But once I get properly warmed up, it goes away. I can't bend my left leg fully. I'm trying to stretch it out at times to get it healed up. My back was probably the worse ailment on today's ride. I ended up stretching every 5 to 10 minutes and that seemed to help. My right calve was a little sore at points and cramped for about 1-2 minutes on one or two occasions. But I think it's getting better as I put in more miles into the saddle. Speaking of which, the saddle is working great, I love it. Goodbye saddle sores! There was no numbness in my hands or any other part of my body. Gear is working great, I don't think I had any problems. Despite some of the ailments, it was a solid tempo ride. Some digs on banducci wall and SS and top of Cummings Valley road.
