My legs were still very sore from my Hill Repeats on Friday night's ride. So I intended to do an easy ride but the better part of me thought I need to get in some quality rides before the race this weekend... so I upped my game plan. After miles I was up to ride pace and off I went, not sure how I was going to do on the ride. The wind wasn't bad but forced me to ride harder to maintain a decent pace, I used it as riding up hill and worked the hills harder. I thought I would ease off after I got 1/2 ways into the ride, I didn't but I tried to keep my HR as low as possible, my breathing under control and cadence up or at a level that I felt strong and quick. It was a challenge but workable. Several cars tried to scare the hell out of me, blowing their horns when they got up next to me. Luckily the last 15 miles the drivers were much better to me. I eased up the last 4 miles to use it a semi-cool down. It was a nice and unexpected adventure on one of my favorite routes! Onto the next adventure! Be safe out there and enjoy the ride

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
