Windsor to salute the new King at the King & Castle!

Well, that was a nice weather day and a smooth Loiterers ride! We left Uxbridge for Black Park just after 10 am with Margaret, John, Tony, and Paul in tow, with Garry leading.

It's a short hop to San Remo Cafe at Black Park. Coffee was enjoyed outside at one of the tables overlooking Black Park Lake. Tony returned home from here, and we continued towards Slough, taking in the cycle path that meanders through Slough towards Windsor.

Another outside rendezvous to enjoy lunch and a pint was accomplished at the King & Castle - part of the Wetherspoons group of pubs. Nice meals and very reasonably priced beer.

The route home after lunch was using NSN Route 61 through Langley, finishing off down Coppins Lane for a bit of wild (!!??) single-track.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
