Well, here I go again for the 4th time trying to complete this ride report (each time the report crashes or suddenly disappears). I wasn't sure how I was going to feel from yesterday's race so I thought it would be an easy ride. I started out into a headwind to a sidewind. I was feeling pretty good so I picked up the power output and figured I would work the hills and relax down the hills. I relaxed down the hill but didn't really ease up. I turned onto a great 7 mile long road that I like to TT ride down. Off I go figuring this is a good strip to build my endurance on. I get to the end and still feel strong and decide to back off the power, I did a tiny bit. On every incline, I upped the power and maintained it for a good bit past, the last 8 miles I again upped the power, what a great adventure this ride was... looking forward to the next adventure and what it has in store for me. Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
