NRL Loop, With Side Visit To TWP

Met Dan at TWP at 15 miles in, then rode south to the Wilson Bridge and Alpe d'Casino at Mile 31.

Still can't climb the whole thing without stopping to settle breathing and heart rate, but it's definitely getting a little easier. I get to the top and am not completely wiped out.

Rode this one on the new wheels (47mm meats!) and was quite pleased at the smooth, comfortable old man ride. Lousy trail surfaces? Didn't feel em. Lots of grip on the descent from the top of Alpe d'Casino, unlike the narrower 32mm tires that have you holding your breath.

Did not feel like the wider tires (on 27.5 wheels) were any slower or harder to move.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
