Another busy day kept me from riding in the day light, but you know me night time is my time, LOL! My legs were still sore and feeling flat, the first half of the ride was in zone 1 power and at the turn around was a slight up hill which got steep for about 1.5 miles so upped my power to get thru the area. Once I finally got to the flat I kinda dropped the effort to Zone 2, but increased it on the hills. This adventure was another enjoyable one... I felt much better on the return trip which surprised me. I feel my fitness is getting better and my HR has finally started come down. Oh, the front wheel doesn't sound as loud as it used too! Could I be getting used to? I also noticed with the Zipp 1030mm front wheel the faster I go the the greater the side push from larger vehicles and side winds! I need to be holding on and ready to correct the side push torque. I also did notice if I can get the speed up over 27 mph it is easier to hold than below, but it isn't so easy to do unless going down hills, LOL! Be safe out there and enjoy your ride!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
