I was going to go out at 2pm and it was 105 on my outdoor thermostat and that is way too hot for me, after looking at the weather forecast I decided to wait until night time to ride when it would be more to my liking! Today's ride was sch3eule for a Power Zone 1 and 2 ride plus a little spice... I added a little more spice than I was supposed to. The new saddle position of 3mm rise made a huge difference, still feel a tad higher might be called for in the near future but will give this setting time, leg muscles need to adapt first. My neck definitely needs to get used to the 3mm drop. It took my legs a while to perk up they were feeling tight and flat. I did a route that didn't think I see any vehicles on. Going it almost the case, then one after another a caravan of Trucks and transporters passed, it got busy but it was safe as these drivers gave me plenty of room! Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
