Such a fun ride! The weather has gone from being abysmally unpleasant for most of the summer to nearly uniformly wonderful. While the humidity today was a bit on the high side, the abundant sunshine and pleasant warmth of low eighties more than made up for the somewhat elevated dew points and offered some very pleasant conditions. The SSE wind of 10-15 also made the return leg super enjoyable, pushing us along all the way back to the car! Words fail to fully convey my boundless joy at being able to ride with my better half. It is so much better to cycle beside Gina than having to content myself with the solo rides I've been taking for much of the season. Don't get me wrong, riding alone beats not riding at all, but it's so much more satisfying having Gina's company!!
