My brother want to do some relaxing hill repeats @ Mandai Road, ok, maybe workout a little.
So I whipped out my dirty, rugged mistress, Nury the MTB for the task. Did one of the more intense workout I've done in a long time. By the time we reached the halfway point, my legs are trembling from exhaustion. Our hearts probably wanted to escape our bodies.
We decided to head back slow, but no, when you get two equally matched guys who has egos as huge as the hills itself, the way back was just as intense as we pushed each other to the point of failure ;) 40 minutes of quality workout!
I liked the fact that I can climb up the hills faster, and harder than before. Overall, enjoyed the night. I'm sleepy now.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
