撮り鉄ライド（JR山陰線・JR木次線、一畑電鉄）

距離をただ走るだけではつまらないので、いつも走る目的を作っていて、ちなみに今回の目的は「撮り鉄ライド」(^^ゞ

被写体の目玉は、何と言っても今年度限りで引退するトロッコ列車「奥出雲オロチ号」（JR木次線）と、運行開始50年を迎えてさまざまなリバイバル企画が行われている「特急やくも号」（JR伯備線）
その他に、鉄道マニアに有名なのは、貴重な寝台特急の生き残り「サンライズ出雲」と、走る高級ホテル「TWILIGHT EXPRESS 瑞風」だけど、今回はタイミングが合わず、次の機会に。ただ、田舎には似合わない豪華な車体なので、あまり好きではない。やはりローカル線は旧タイプの車体が似合いますね。

今日は、列車の通過時刻とサイクリングルートを調整するのに頭を使いました。

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
