Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was light rain and overcast. I didn't want to have to put in another indoor training ride (back to back). But, I knew it was for the better. Today's route was the "Hilly" course. It included a climb that takes less than 4 minute to reach the summit. The first time around, I got to the base in under 5 minutes. So, my legs weren't sufficiently warmed up by that time. In such, I kept the pace moderate. Turns out the laps took about 20 minutes each. So, I stacked three laps today. The second time around I posted a faster climb, and the same time on the third lap. After that, I headed to the volcano. Put in a lap around it and warmed down shortly after. I had less morale going into the ride. But after that 15 to 20 minute slump duration, I felt better. I was keeping an eye on my Shimano shoes and how they felt different than the Fizik. I noticed that there was better width compliance, but the extra width allowed my feet to shift forward and toes somewhat squashed on the tips. I think there was more room on the Fizik's. I received the Sidi's yesterday, but they were too small. I've since ordered 44 and 44.5 size. Hoping that one of them will be the correct fit. Balance and form didn't feel to good today, still that lean to the right. I think the weather is supposed to clear up, so will see if I can get outdoors next time around. I have to re-tighten the stem, as it was making some noticeable creaking noises. The screen flickered a few times today, but much less than the previous time. I used a different DVI cable, not sure if that helped. Other notes, I think there were about 1200 riders today.
