Ian, Caroline, Frank, and I met at the Jurassic Golf Course aka West London Golf Course on a fine spring morning.
We proceeded tracking south of the Western Avenue through parks and quiet roads to Hanger Hill and Park Royal. The path dived under the aforementioned road by Park Royal Station. We continued on to lunch at The Ace Café using Quiet roads and cycle paths.
After lunch we cycled towards Alperton where we joined the Paddington arm of the Grand Union Canal which we followed to Perivale. After passing Perivale Station we continued on across the Greenford Road and on the cross the Western Avenue by the Aladdin Building and heading for tea at the San Remo Café in Northala Fields after which the group dispersed.
A great day out in spite of the occasional faux pas from the leader.
