Atwood Park MTB Ride 11-10-23

Fuel EX 9.8. Sunny at the start but clouded over about an hour into the ride, cool to cold - pretty much stayed in the high 30's with a stiff NE wind that did flow through the woods. Only saw one other biker and 2 hikers out with their dog, surprisingly empty for a Friday.

Trail conditions were great, mostly dry to tacky. This was a Twosday ride - I rode each section covered at least 2 times. No speed records, too bundled up with tights and winter boots, jackets and gloves.

Stopped at the Hairy Cow for a bowl of chili and some rehydration.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
